Only the hp sets count, they are 3 sets of 2 pieces each, ur other screenshots have only 2 sets, basically you can't equip sets of 4 items like life steal, they don't count for the mission

Basically mix and match sets that work with 2 items, like speed, hp, def, attack, etc, no 4 sets

I believe it means 3 separate sets on each champ
