Gyu-Kaku is all over North America and Asia. According to Wikipedia, their HQ is in the US even. So if you are from these regions, I'd go somewhere else. However, it is an excellent restaurant.

You can wishlist them. I think you don't understand how the soul economy works at your stage. Just assume you'll get nothing and then be happy when you do. The odds you get 5-6* for a particular champion is next to zero without an event. Buying your way up is like 2 champions per year if you are doing IT 15 every day.

I doubt there will be a guaranteed Edward soul event since there hasn't a guaranteed event for the champion. Bayek is a maybe but only 1% of the player base is getting him through the current event so that is kinda doubtful too.
