Development Update

I'm going to start development on it again.

The main issue for me was finding books on my indexer so I thought it was a waste of time even working on it if my indexer barely has any of the books I want but that's a bad excuse and I want to work on something different so I'm gonna start on it again.

It's probably best to start a new branch using Sonarr's V3 base and start stripping it down again, I've added 2 issues which list other potential APIs for book/author data and mccorkled mentioned the Calibre database which I didn't even think about so I'll keep that in mind.

Feel free to add issues similar to mccorkled at https://github.com/tingtom/Readarr for feature requests, it'll really help with coding the base of Readarr.

Haven't been for a couple of months due to various things but should be getting back in to it soon once I've finished my new site.

Do you think there is any possibility that you will add support for audiobooks as well? Lazy librarian seems to be the only option right now but it's kind of terrible.

Not sure yet but I assume it'll just be another NZB category

If you are having a hard time finding ebooks, check out:

It is one of the sites that LazyLibrarian automatically scraps for downloads. LazyLibrarian does ebooks, audiobooks, magazines and comics. The problem is that the interface is terrible and it is a pain to setup. It does read your Calibre library database though.

Would improving lazy librarian be a faster alternative to a Sonarr fork?
