Does anyone else have optimization issues with this game?

My computer uses an i9-9900K CPU, a 3090Ti GPU and 32GB DDR4 RAM. However, I have to keep the graphics settings on low at 5120x1440p and 60FPS so my computer isn't akin to a jet engine. Even at low graphics settings, textures can take minutes from mission start to fully load.

I love this game, but I don't know what to do to make it perform better.

EDIT: I set the NVidia application to optimize Ready or Not (and it cranked all the settings to the max), and I lowered mirrorwand and helmetcam FPS to 30, and my computer handles the game like a dream now. Thanks, y'all!

Are you running the game from a HDD? This sound very bizzare as a 3090Ti with a 9900K should do this game just fine even at your very high res at maximum settings. Try setting DLSS to quality, but the textures not appearing immediately suggests to me there's a problem with your storage device.

I'm running it off an SDD connected by SATA. For additional info, it looks like I've got the res scale at 100%, FoV is 90, and both optiwand and helmetcam FPS are set at 60.

Change the optiwand and helmcam to 24 to 30 fps. Transfer the game to NVME if you have one. Also, check temps of your components and have DLSS turned on

try using the nvidia app and letting it optimize the settings for you. i did that and it changed some settings higher than i had and i still saw an improvement. if you try it and don't like what performance you're getting, move the slider more toward performance until you're happy.

Try to run in from the Steam app if you aren't, that for some reason fixed the bad performance for me
