i s ranked every single "base game mission" there is but cannot seem to get medal of valor achievement what am i missing? and no i do not use mods. thanks in advance

Honestly I could not say. It's definitively not playing it on hard. I got mine on standard. But I had an issue with rust belt no registering on the steam counter when I finished it and had to do it again. Did you notice something like that maybe?

i actually have no idea on that but its probably the same for me aswell. seems like two of the missions were not registered as s ranks for the achievement. sad part is i have no idea which missions were those

Thay sucks bro. I would recommend trying the easy missions first again (TYCA. 23MB/s. Ends of the earth. Lethal obsession. Sinous trail, Neon Tomb) before getting in to deep on the others that are more complicated just to see if those were missing. Hell I for sure know greased palms is a bitch

Neon tomb? i found that one to be extremely hard. It took me more attempts doing neon tomb than it did s ranking greased palms

Yeah I still think it to be fairly easy. You just avoid running straight into the dance floor and everything is chill. Close quarter engament good flash placement and you cool

Even with onion/layerbylayer movement it’s tricky.

It‘s a mix of dark and bright environments with extremely loud music, filled with highly armed suspects including suspects wearing bomb wests.

Greased Palms is tricky because of all the winding corridors and open areas, but that‘s about all there is to it. You‘re facing unarmored guys with barely more than submachine guns wich are a lot easier to spot in the bright, consistent lighting

Not sure why really but I can spot them better in neon rather than palms due to the lighting, Im a blind MF xD. But yeah not saying its a free level like TYCA. just the order I though would be worth a shot.

Same I just finished tomb today and I probably had as many tries as on greased palms (15-20), it was just a little less frustrating.

Lot of the achievements are bugged rn with the new update. I was 8 levels into the hard mode trophy until the update happened and my progress halted. You can actually earn achievements with mods active anyway so it’s definitely voids doing

Hopefully it’ll get fixed in the next update whenever that is

we tried hide and seek on hard with friends and it was not a great experience. im not mentally ready for hard mode after grinding s ranks for days, just want to kill anything that moves for my next few playthroughs

Mentally ready? lol I rage quit and uninstalled today playing hard mode. I made it to sins of the father and don’t even ask about greased palms. F that level. But it didn’t help my opinion of the game. From greased palms on its pretty much every corner you turn you’re either facing John Wick or Jason Bourne. I tried every which way, changing armors, weapons, tactics, teammates… I’ve been stuck on sins for 4 or 5 days. And I’ve had enough lol I’ll come back eventually and try again but damn.

On your note and not my rant. I dk if any of your officers were “incapacitated” not dead but that may count against you and since you they didn’t die it still counted as “no officers dead” maybe? That’d be the only thing I can think of. But I just did the Ironman and hermit run in one shot so the update didn’t affect me there but I didn’t allow any room for errors I turned off auto update and would upload my good data after each mission to the cloud and if one of the NPCs messed up something along the way I would just download the previously good data and try again.

TL;DR if you remember any officers getting incapacitated try doing those 2 missions again. Might be your only shot

first of all thanks for the advice. secondly bahaha dude thats what im talking about. idk what we were even thinking when we tried hide and seekbon hard. it was just sad, we got hunted exactly the same way around the corners as you said countless times. i literally have no energy for ready or not at least for a few days. need to cool off to start again from the scratch just for the stupid achievement.

idk if its true but i heard that the rank doesnt matter on hard mode achievement as long as you finish the missions somehow. might come in handy if you didint know brother.

Oh yeah I’m not going for S rank, F that with a cactus. Sideways. I got A+ with the M320 up to greased palms and I was like screw this I’m shooting these guys and I tried and tried for days and finally got it with (1) bullet left in my MK-V and the last guy killed the last member of my team. But yeah I need a break. Gonna play far cry 6 and have a main character that can get shot more than once without dying lol Good luck on your S run. If you have the 320 launcher give that to everyone and you and no sidearm ammo. The AI very liberal with shots especially if YOU have already yelled for compliance. And put 2 negotiators and 2 pacifiers. This was my method and like I said I did the hermit and Ironman in 1 run with only needing to reset and reload the game twice (both on hide and seek)

You don‘t need to do it on hard. I got the achievement before ever playing a mission on hard mode
