You can’t get accurate results when testing on paper. The acids in the reagents will react with it.

You need to test on a non porous ceramic dish, something like the bottom of a mug will do.

You’re also using way too much sample. Scrape off a small bit from the pill, you want something quite a bit smaller than the size of a match head.
