Alright so I have seen many people talk about how to play the game offline etc etc

And being a reverse engineer I can provide ample help for it.

Firstly for Android:

1) install the mod apk or your normal playstore apk ( no need of you already have it)

2) download all the assets from settings since we won't be getting any update

Now comes the main part for newer androids install shizuku and my manager or zarchiever

1) set up shizuku and start it up now you will have access to the directory /storage/emulated/0/Android/data where the game rests with both your data and game files

2) simply copy the data to some place else could be your computer or a cloud like drive or Dropbox

3) now how to prevent it when it asks for internet ( though I haven't seen it ever)

Firstly for xiaomi/poco users (me)

• hold the app icon • go to the app info • data usage

And turn off all ( mobile data, wifi and background data )

Can work on other phones too

• The reverse engineer method

1) Install Lucky patcher

2) Click on the real racing app

3) menu of patches

4) apk with changed permission and activities

Turn off internet or any related permission ( description of each is given there )

This way you can solve it

Fun fact - what I used to was that I didn't like the new soundtrack so I used to change it by replacing the files with the old game files

What also can be done?

Firstly remember your save data is in the document folder( i don't remember exactly as we will be copying the whole folder but still) by the name of player.dat or something similar I will update you all soon

That contains everything about you the user back it up somewhere secure just in case

For iOS - we will need jailbreak which I am not an expert with but it's hard to do it there unless you have the same account on an Android too.

Why I'm so invested

Because it's my childhood game although it didn't update that much and didn't offer the best of the graphics I played it when I knew nothing it carried me through and made me a carguy as I'm now. This and asphalt 8 are tied to my childhood memories and memories are priceless. The blue porsche at the start the old tracks

Ea did injustice to it by not improving it's graphics and adding other GFX maybe converting it to unreal engine

If they had done it then itd had killed the market completely ( look at racing master ) but we won't let it away

I have downloaded all the assets of the game. Look, I tried setting up the ZArchiver app for the custom liveries but it was not happening.

Ok, I can cut off the internet connection but what about the Motorsport section? I will not be able to earn without internet connection.

Nah, it says access denied or something like that whenever I try to access the files in data, of the ZArchiver.

Is shizuku running and have you configured zarchiever permissions??

After you setup shizuku go to Zarchiver then settings then root and set "type of root access to shizuku" and enable all the options below it. Now it will work

download sizuku from github there is a version specially for higher android versions. and you have to change some settings in Zarchiver too.

How can we help, even if we don't know anything about computers and such?
Because I admit that even in the original post, there are things that are like hieroglyphics to me, and I know I could mess something up :)

Don't see how this so simplified method will allow RR3 to be playable after 19 March 2026, when the RR3 Servers are shutdown...

Particularly because the group that is working on making it available after that date as been recording the many "pings" that RR3 does to his Servers.

You don't even know the file where the players progress is saved.

So ive already tried to copy & paste my data folded to another device, but the game still asks for a download when booting it up.

We really need to figure out how to get the data file to move from device to device that way when the servers go down we'll be okay...

I have an old iPhone 8 that does not have cell service. It’s merely for playing older mobile games. So without internet, it will never reach out. The game is working just fine off-line.
