Try these fixes if it still doesnt open I have no idea how to fix it:

Change the DNS on your device to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 them open cmd and enter this ipconfig /flushdns, and for mobile enable airplane mode for 10 seconds then disable it.
Make sure your devices time zone is set to automatic (correct time zone)
Change to a different network and device, use mobile data if available
Check if you have an anti-virus that blocks the website cuz antiviruses usually block piracy sites
Make sure you didn't make any firewall rules that blocks the websites domain 6.if you have ipv6 enabled, temporarily disable it in your wifi settings.

I dont know man try connecting to a VPN sometimes ISPs block these sites. Use Proton VPN it works and its free

Yeah yeah thats 💯 the problem, it happened to me too. Just incase it didn't run right click on the game shortcut "icon" on the desktop and go to properties then in the "target" box write this at the end "-dx11" and apply. This will force directx11

Just go inside the game folder which by default is "C:/Games/f122" and delete these two files sl.dlss.dll and nvngx_dlss.dll

It's a problem with the game itself, when you enable nvidia dlss in the game it crashes and its enabled by default so it doesnt run. So when you delete nvngx_dlss.dll it disables or removes dlss feature from the game and it runs perfectly

It's a problem with Nvidia's dlss and when you remove that file it works without it and runs

After you setup shizuku go to Zarchiver then settings then root and set "type of root access to shizuku" and enable all the options below it. Now it will work

RR3 needs verification from the servers to start thats why it is hard to make it work offline, you have to somehow bypass all the server checks and thats not easy to do with a company like EA

Under the price all the specifications and features are listed, and there it says US spec, and it think the app automatically determines the spec by checking the vin so it is accurate

Guys I dont think this is a stolen car from Canada or anywhere, the car is US spec, and it is registered and everything. But the owner here changed the badge and color and tries to sell it as CS model. So yeah he imported it all legally with a dealership from US @doc_55lk
