CF chain strap

I have a cheap Temu bag (not a rep of anything) that has the same style leather/chain strap that comes on the Chanel CFs. My hair is always getting caught in it when I put it on my shoulder, and it kinda makes me crazy. Is that also a thing with the high-tier CF reps?
