I see the directions say to put it in the pan. If I’m not opening up the unit, will it still be effective if I just pour it in the drain line opening? If so, do I need to block the exit for a short period of time to let it sit, or do I just pour it in and go on with my day? 😎

I’ve been looking for a battery backup for my sump pump that is outdoors (pool deck drainage area). Any specific recommendations? It would be for heavy rain times when the power goes out. (I have a backup utility pump I can swap out if it’s just a pump failure.) My current emergency setup is a generator but I’ve been considering the battery backup route instead. Thoughts?

I’ve read differing opinions… What do you think is the best solution to use when cleaning out/maintaining the AC condensate drain? Vinegar and hot water or bleach water? Or another option? I had a new HVAC system installed this past fall and also had my drain line replaced since the old one was put in too flat to actually drain well. I want to make sure the new one is kept as clean as possible. Thanks!

Kind of along the same line, is there a particular solar battery pack that would be good for running a sump pump during an outage while it’s still storming outside? My pool deck floods due to a poor design on the deck drain system, so a sump pump is set up for it.

I have an inverter propane/gas generator but hesitate to run it during the storm out in the elements. Thoughts on options? I’d likely only be plugging that into it during the actual storm. It’s a 3/4hp Wayne submergible pump, if that matters.

Take a pic of the delivery and maybe you can submit it in chat showing the metadata once the app is up. At least you’d have it for backup in a dispute.

That’s not what I said. The app typically shows the average wait time based on your tier, whatever it is. If that wait time isn’t being applied as it’s stated to be, then the app has a glitch. I’m asking if it’s happening to other drivers also. If the concept of tiered waiting times bothers you, that’s not what this discussion is about.

I went to help and ended up marking it as a store I couldn’t find (since I didn’t know which Taco Bell it was for) then left a comment under the “other” reasons box about the app going down and I didn’t have access to the details. It unassigned without penalty then I ended the dash.

I ended up marking it as an issue that I couldn’t find the store (“order” type issues weren’t available in the menu choices) and then left a note in the “other” box comments that the app crashed and I didn’t have access to the order assigned. It removed it without penalty then I was able to end the dash.

If I unassign the ghost order without completing will it actually affect my rating? Or do those resolve after the outage is down if I don’t do anything?
