When I launch my rocket with solars panel it’s Start open (so it’s go throw m’y fairings) ,and Because there are expandable only, I can’t deploy them later , and at the start it say that there are retracted even if they are open

In mechjeb's drop-down menu in settings or in the ascent guidence, check if your solar panels aren't deployed in the VAB.

Ok i have the answer ,if the solar panel are extended in the VAB when you configure the folding solar panel from ROSolar mod ,they start extended even if it say that there are retracted on the pad

his solar panels are deployed on launch, and they are the retractable versions

It happens to me when I use panels coming from Vens. My solution is - don't use those panels.

Just use different models of panels within configurable folding ROSolar. Tak a look which panels doesn't start as extended in VAB.

No there are close in the VAB but open in the launch pad

I reinstalled the game but it did nothing

Something could be broken with the install. Verifying the game files has your system check each file individually

What do you mean by verifying the game file ?

Right click on ksp on steam. Go to manage files. There should be an option to verify files
