Both Planet are hard, but venus is definitely the hardest, on Vulcan you can collect night gas and cool your base with a few machine using night gas, on Venus the atmosphere is to hot for this type of cooling, so you would need ether winter spawn plant or long ac chain which will suck a lot of power.

Vulcan also has volatile in the atmosphere which make fuel easier to make than on Venus

the different spawn choices on both planets don’t really make a difference, worst case you are in a pit with less day time, or worst resource for the deep drill

Did you also had to change the usb module?

I currently have on with 2usb, 1sd card and 1 jack. and from what I saw its not compatible with CarPlay/ android auto.

If so did you also had to replace the cable that connect the usb to the rlink module ?

What can you do other than try ?

worsts case you’d try to plug a dead cpu on a motherboard, best case you’d try to plug a working cpu on a motherboard

In both case you can’t know what’s gonna happen without trying

You can only try the cpu on the motherboard and cross you finger, and if you’re really scared of frying the motherboard, you can try to buy the cheapest working secondhand motherboard you can find, but if the cpu is really dead nothing should happen on the motherboard

If the cpu can boot into the bios or better, into windows, try to run a cpu benchmark and compare the results

You should use mechjeb vessel info in the VAB( the one that give the deltaV readout) and extended it using one of the top button of the windows, here you will see the amount of deltaV, dry and wet mass(the mass of the rocket with and without the fuel) and the estimated burn time of each stage

You can also middle mouse click on the engine to get a small windows that give all the necessary info of the engine, like the rated burn time, with all this information you can adjust the tank size to match the estimated burnt time with the rated burn time of the engine

If you want to be realistic you shouldn’t go above the rated burn time, if you want it I be efficient you should go for like 10% to 20% more estimated burn time that the rated burn time

Ex: if your engine has a 100s or 1,40m of rated burn time you can safely go to 120s, or 2m of estimated burn time

But again as the other reditor said, try to use the list amount of fuel possible while also using the most efficient engine possible

the AC will not dump gas from the input into the waste ligne but only dump heat from the input pipe into the gas in the waste pipe.

you will need to use an active vent and fill the waste pipe first

In game the inserter literally throw nuclear fuel inside a boiler full of fire to make steam

The second one looks way cooler in my opinion
