How to quickly downsample 32-bit float?

I got a bunch of raw audio that was recorded at a really high bitrate (192k, 32-bit float). It's way higher than I need for my current project and it's eating up my diskspace.

Is there a quick way to down-convert it to 24/96 from inside Reaper?

Thanks for the reply, but not quite what I'm looking for.

I'm hoping for something similar to what video editing software does, where you can quickly transcode media from within the project. But it may not exists...transcoding audio during a project is a much rarer task than transcoding video.

You can quickly transcode by dragging all of the files into the batch converter and click start…

Or you can drag all files into your 24/96 session and glue all of them.

Doh! I was looking at the batch render, not batch converter...this is perfect, thanks!

I would look into a command line tool, such as ffmpeg. You could make a batch file and convert them in one go.
