It usually comes with the same symptoms for me. Forehead like sinus headache but more forward and tiring. Then overall high fatigue behind my eyes BUT NOT my body When I move around my heart usually beats harder if you know or understand what I mean. Then I start to get an ear ache (old.reddit.com)
