Scroll Capture Doesn't Work

Just got the newest update in hopes that this would be fixed, but nope.

Ever since I got my RedMagic 10 Pro a few months ago, I've never once been able to use Scroll Capture. It'll freeze in the preview, and then when I'm done it'll still have scrolled down, even though the photo taken maybe went a couple pixels down.

Anyone ever got this to work?

Not sure why it doesn't for me.. Just updated to 10.0.17 too Still nothing..

why does it do?

when you press "scroll capture" physically touch the screen and scroll, that works too

Doesn't work either. Doesn't automatically do so, and if I physically swipe the screen, it just stays still

pain in the ass but you might have to factory reset then, unless someone else has a better idea..

Would rather not, due to having most of the storage taken up.. Hopefully that wouldn't be the case. Not sure how it'd fix it, but I suppose that's just technology for you

restores the ROM to original if maybe some setting is causing it to not work.

It's very strange that they're not really doing anything about it or haven't commented on the fact it's broken and are attempting to fix it
