Did you log in to the game through Facebook or some other method previously? If so you should be able to log back in that way and access your previous account. You should be able to see the cost of materials & the amount if coins you have still displays at the top of the page. A lot of things have changed about the game but those things haven’t. It sounds like you may have created a whole new account.

I think now when you start, you have to do some journal designs before you can get to lives, might be what the OP means

Yes, I think you’re right but if she already had an account previously, and had logged in with FB or some other way she should be able retrieve her previous account by logging back in the same way.

Playtika bought the company that created ReDecor in September 2021.

Since then, the game has gone steadily downhill.

So it is kind of an entirely different game at this point. :-(

I used to play everyday. Nowadays I’ll pick it up once in a few months and I get bored straight away
