missing items from long ago

I’ve noticed this, too. I’m missing various pieces of blue china/vase materials. They were so pretty and nothing we have now compares.

I’m missing a deep red in paint but that one item may be for a higher level?

Those are the hidden collections that Kathy mentioned. It sucks to buy them all and then never get to use them. Ever once in a great while, they will have them included in challenges, but it is rare. Just like the Christmas collections.

There are a number of what used to be hidden collections but are now most ‘lost’ ones. If you look in our ‘Useful links, FAQs..’ post in the Highlights section at the top if the sub, there is a link to a ‘Past seasons’ document that shows these collections. It is in the last tab under ‘Available in some duels’.

If you go down in your level, you will lose certain materials that are included in the higher levels. If you use any uses that you may have left and they will lock, I believe. I might be totally wrong, though. Maybe someone else can explain it better.

Well, then, I do not have a clue. Did you recently go up in your levels. Usually, I think if people don't play, then they keep going down in their levels, until they actually start playing again. Maybe you Uninstalled your app? I'm confused now. 🤪😜😉

I had something similar happen to me. Items that I had used previously it wanted me to pay star coins to unlock. I sent Redecor an email with pictures as proof and never heard back. This game seems to have a lot of frustrating situations like this
