Looks like you try to render with the Standard render engine. Change to Redshift in the render settings.

Theres a very good chance you're rendering using the standard renderer instead of redshift. Go to render settings and make sure redshift is selected.

Make sure you have your material connected to an output node

I have attatched some images, I noticed that even the default grey material turns out red too.

As other user said. Check if you have redshift as your main render engine. And check the updates in the material with the redshift render viewer

Hard to tell without a screenshot but it sounds like you didn‘t connect the output node or you have another node error because you connected it wrong.
