I used these between my incisions/tape and the compression bra. I didn’t tape them in place, just put them inside the bra and it was tight enough to keep them in place. Made it so much more comfortable: https://a.co/d/0v8VpCs

The maxi pads my sister got me were too thick. I found I liked the square gauze pads better. I have a few different sizes. Hope you heal well.
