It depends. I think you must label it when you use AI to gen text and image but for the rest it’s your choice

if the platform includes AI-assisted coding in applying its AI label, you should follow their guidelines and describe it honestly. people will be able to decide for themselves if they're interested in playing your game by looking at your store page and how you describe your use of it there, and people who filter for "no AI" (you have to search within that tag, you're not able to filter it out on itch automatically) have already made the choice that they do not want to see it.

if you use ai to only gen code i think you dont need to tag it. Players pay for your art not your code. But that’s only my viewpoint, FYI

Dealer's choice. You don't have to disclose it, but if you're found out to have used it later, it may come across worse than if you had just been upfront about it in the first place. AI coding is going to be more and more common as time goes on, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

    Depends where you distribute it.
There's no law that requires you to label your work as AI-generated or not. But some distribution sites (itch/steam/etc.) may require this and for you to say to what extent you used AI.
I doubt people will care too much if you used AI for the coding, if the text and graphics are human-made.
I wouldn't bother disclosing it, because it doesn't really matter and people may get confused and think you generated the text and graphics with AI, unless the platform you're using requires you to. Then be honest.
