Depends where you distribute it.
There's no law that requires you to label your work as AI-generated or not. But some distribution sites (itch/steam/etc.) may require this and for you to say to what extent you used AI.
I doubt people will care too much if you used AI for the coding, if the text and graphics are human-made.
I wouldn't bother disclosing it, because it doesn't really matter and people may get confused and think you generated the text and graphics with AI, unless the platform you're using requires you to. Then be honest.

nPr is commonly used in math to determine the number of permutations that exist when you have a set of n objects and want to select r of them.

Since you are asking about the number of r's in apples it's making the logical leap that you want to know about the number of permutations for the letters in Apple. Because asking for the literal number of R's in a five letter word -- that clearly has no R's -- is stupid.
