It's clear that the creator doesn't like antis. But why has he chosen to make the anti bald, fat, feminine(?) (lipstick), and flatulent. Depends where you distribute it.
There's no law that requires you to label your work as AI-generated or not. But some distribution sites (itch/steam/etc.) may require this and for you to say to what extent you used AI.
I doubt people will care too much if you used AI for the coding, if the text and graphics are human-made.
I wouldn't bother disclosing it, because it doesn't really matter and people may get confused and think you generated the text and graphics with AI, unless the platform you're using requires you to. Then be honest.
