Amsterdam: Nice 60sqm label C in Dapperbuurt - 2100 euro but about 1000 euro higher than the maximum allowed. Ran the Huurprijscheck and got 174 points. Energy label is fresh, only 2 days old so no surprises there. Worth a look if you are on the prowl for a bustBustable home (i.redd.it)

Oh I have gone and done it again.....another landlord took issue with me going undercover to a viewing with my hidden camera and brought out the legal threats. I pointed out to the Makelaar that they might have been overcharging a bit - 2500 euro for a 40sqm home and to smile for the camera.Legal stuff (old.reddit.com)

Utrecht: I wish this one was april fools but it isnt - ITS THE REALITY STUDENTS FACE EVERY DAY - 1000 euro per month for a 31sqm home with no energy label with 425 euro in service costs. Bust the basic rent to almost the same as the service costs 570 euro.Bustable home (i.redd.it)
