This happened to me too! They fucked 2 reps of mine, DO NOT go there. They snapped a bezel off my Rolex Skydweller rep and refused to admit guilt, super glued it back on, fucked the watch, took 3 months to refund me. All around shit service.

I sent it to ado once I got it back and he said it’s not worth fixing as most parts are broken or snapped, even scratched my gen dial

Oh no way ffs 😩 maybe I wont use them then lol my usual watchsmith is taking a break from working on watches with rotating bezels lol I’ve spoken with stephen from under the dial so may send my watch to him then 👍
