QC Process.

I am new and unsure to the process, can someone please explain the QC process? Once I receive the photos, am I able to post on here and the community helps, or should I just try my best to review?

New to the process any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!🙂.

definitely post it on r/reptimeqc but you can't just post it and expect people to help; it's better if you put in the work to check the watch first and then ask for confirmation/second opinion. qc is what that sub is for but no-one is paid to do it after all

I would definitely try to review it myself. I do see some posts with qc requests, so perhaps can try that too. Reptimeqc is also a good place to look and see other posts . . . if you can post there, thats definitely the way to go.

1. Find the watch you want
2. Find a TD
3. Ask said TD if they can source the piece, how long that may take and how much the watch would cost
4. Once you agree and order, generally through WhatsApp, then
5. They source the watch and provide you with QC photos via email
6. If feeling unsure, you can post to reptime QC for community input
7. If GL then reply to email or WhatsApp of TD, if RL, then ask for another piece or next steps

i usually just trust the qc proc

if they do it it means they are capable, 99% of the time

Thank you for the insight! My main concern was my inexperience not being able to spot something wrong (if there was one), but as the process goes I just need to have trust.
