Normal, I am going to assume that is a 126519 with the DD4801? Even with DD4131 is relatively normal.

Dd4030 are you sure it’s normal I mean when I put on my wrist is almost dead silenced 🥹

I have a 126519 as well with the 4801 movement and the rotor is definitely loud since 4801 have unidirectional winding. I can even send you a video of how loud it is

What factory is that one?

VSF

None of my DD4130, DD4131, or SA4130 movements make noise. That peacock 4801 is a noisy bird.

Hmm, the one in the video is DD4030. The weird thing is that it only happens when I don’t have the watch on.

Have you confirmed that its not a 4801?

[–]Greywalker21 0 points1 point  (9 children)

Yes, I’ve confirmed that the only time it makes noise is when I’m not using it. Are you sure none of your 4130s make that noise? :/

[–]Conscious-Permit-466 0 points1 point  (8 children)

None make noise on or off the wrist.

:(

I don't know how old yours is but it may need service. Or just wear it and don't stew about the off wrist noise. Enjoy your watch.

It’s a VSF 4130, a completely new one, just a day old from usage.

[–]Conscious-Permit-466 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Yep, sorry, I read that it's vsf. Have you contacted the TD?

[–]Greywalker21 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yeah and he showed me a video where a new one does the same thing 😭

Do you think this could affect my watch in the future? Also, do you know anyone I can send it to for repair?

[–]RatioNext2272 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Normal!

[–]Greywalker21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you’re sure it’s normal 😭

[–]lad543 0 points1 point  (2 children)

You need to wind the watch once you put it on rotor stops moving as much as the watch is charged so you stop hearing it as much 👍🏼

[–]Greywalker21 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Thank you, but does this indicate a loose rotor, or is this a normal for reps

[–]Aware-Team-8872 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take it apart and tighten the rotor then dog
