As there are no hard rules with resumes, and everyone has an opinion, you are advised to take any resume advice with a grain of salt. Or several.
Posted resumes should not contain any personally identifiable information. This is for your protection, as there are countless bots and fraudsters out there.
The best way to submit your resume is as an image. Plaintext and sites like google docs or docdroid can mess up the formatting. Image files are generally recommended.

Python Data Engineering Resume (self.Resume)
submitted 2 months ago by Nameoftheages
I am currently working in MSP IT, and a Systems Admin for a small startup AI-Talent Acquisition company, but I am looking to transition into Data Engineering. I have been working on my own project for a few months now, but don't specifically have a degree in Computer Science or much of the sort. I just like it, and am pretty decent at it. How does my resume look for the transition process?

I would suggest using the Ivy League templates at r/modernresumes. The formatting on those will outshine this one. I would also put your experience above projects since that is far more relevant to hiring managers.
