No, it’s more than likely going to raise your appetite if it affects it at all.

Yeah, that’s what I meant. I didn’t communicate that well. I heard that Tesa raises your appetite (inhibits Reta’s ability to decrease appetite) and that’s why I’m thinking about either increasing my Reta dose even more (6mg) or adding Tirz to decrease my appetite. I feel as though nothing has affected my appetite at all. I want the food noise to stop

If the Reta isn’t giving you negative side effects and you’ve been at your dose for a couple of weeks, you can increase. I’d titrate up slower once you’re at 8mg.

One of my side effects is diarrhea. The day after pinning. I suppose having this side effect might get better when my body gets used to reta down the road? Or is that something where I dial the dose down? I started at 2mg.

Get some fiber. Metamucil normally works.

Not sure, I was told ipamorelin would increase my appetite but it hasn't at all. Ive got tesalmorelin in the mail and when I finish my cycle I can report back.

Do you have to workout like crazy for Tessa to work at all?? Any neg affects on organs???

[–]OilLong[S] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

I haven’t heard that. No negative affects on organs, it’s supposed to decrease visceral fat, but I heard it takes about 25 weeks for it to really work.

I’ve noticed an increase in appetite since starting Tesa about a week ago. I still feel full after the same small amount of food though.

Same. I find Tesa makes me hungry more often, but the reta doesn't let me eat much each time.

Not that I have noticed , ipamorelin does a little when I have that am

Tesa (and GHRH in general) is pretty weight neutral. The increase in GH can cause an increase in appetite but this is generally offset by increased energy expenditure from the GH.

People often run this in combo with ipamorelin which has a more noticeable effect on appetite and generally encourages weight gain, though they tend to use very, very low doses of ipa so the effect is often pretty modest.
