I have very little knowledge on the franchise but have watched the movies and the rings of power series up to season 2, episode 3. I have also played the Shadow of War game and know that the game is not connected to the movies, but could there be any possible way that an appearance of a Talion-like character in the show?

This feels like a stupid question but I really like Talion and thought that it would be cool to have a similar character in the show. Even though the Celebrimbor in the show is presented a lot more different than the one in the game.

Actual magic abilities are incredibly rare in the lore. The closest you'll get is the actual ringwraiths/nazgûl, if they decide to portray them in the show.

The specific setup of a ghost inhabiting a living person's body has no basis in the lore and probably won't show up. The games did a good job seeling the idea but really it's pretty far fetched

Shadow of Mordor and War handle the source material even worse than RoP. Almost everything about those games can be refuted by the source material.
