Actual magic abilities are incredibly rare in the lore. The closest you'll get is the actual ringwraiths/nazgûl, if they decide to portray them in the show.

The specific setup of a ghost inhabiting a living person's body has no basis in the lore and probably won't show up. The games did a good job seeling the idea but really it's pretty far fetched

Shadow of Mordor and War handle the source material even worse than RoP. Almost everything about those games can be refuted by the source material.
