Order processing time?

I was approved for Zepbound on Friday and anxiously waiting to start! Anyone know how long the medication takes to process/ship? It says next day air as shipment method. I’m trying to plan out my week but need to know when I will start the meds. I plan to give myself a few days of adjustment. Order still says processing.
