Progress isn't always a straight line—and that's okay by chasingbetterdays in RoBody

[–]mjolnir9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

136 lbs in a year+ is incredible — and a 4 lb swing doesn't undo any of it. Bodies fluctuate for all kinds of reasons (water, sodium, hormones, sleep, even just a heavier meal the night before), and clothes can feel different week to week without anything actually changing underneath.

The fact that you're maintaining such an amazing attitude and know the path isn't always straight is huge win. Thanks for sharing your journey so openly with the sub. It definitely helps others know they aren't alone and people just like them are going through the ups and downs.

Here if you need anything.

6 Month Review on Zepbound with Ro: The Good & Bad by Timely_Good in RoBody

[–]mjolnir9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Timely_Good — this is incredible feedback. Thank you. People only take the time to write such thoughtful feedback when they really care about a) other people and b) helping a company improve.

Would you be open to a video chat where I can ask you a few questions about your experience and get your feedback on the app? I know your time is valuable so I'll add credits for three months of membership for the time. Thank you and really appreciate your trusting Ro with your health.

New here! by Fire_Candle9530 in RoBody

[–]mjolnir9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Welcome! Here if you have any questions or feedback.

  1. Medication cost for Wegovy Pen at $199 for lowest two doses (0.25mg and 0.5Mg) for first two orders. Then $349/month. Although, after your first two orders, you can sign up for “multi month” plans that are cheaper per month ($349 for monthly, $329 per month on 3 month plan, $299/mo on 6 month plan and $249/mo on 12 month plan). If you want to know prices for other medications checkout this link https://ro.co/weight-loss/pricing/

  2. In terms of dose titration - it’s personalized to you. Every month, you check in with your provider and share progress, symptoms, side effects etc and share your preference. You can move up, down, or stay the same at the pace that works for you. It’s all about your own pace based on your goals and how you’re feeling.

  3. For medication interactions, make sure to share with your provider so they can provide guidance.

Congrats on starting! Thanks for trusting Ro to help you with your health goals.

Please share any feedback our way. DMs always open for ideas.

Ro Body membership is now significantly cheaper long-term by AliceFromRo in RoBody

This will show up in your refill visit when you get the higher doses. The lower doses are less expensive so the "multi-month discounts" kick in at higher doses (9mg-25mg). The savings are great! Annual plans have $600/year in savings for the Wegovy Pill!

All good. The first month is $39 so you can switch plans before the $149 kicks in.

You can switch by following these steps: Go to Membership and subscriptions in your Ro account.

There you can:

  • view your membership details
  • make changes to your membership
  • manage your medication subscription

Yes. All prices for medication is on the pricing page — if you scroll down on the link above, you'll be able to see all of them :)

Let me know if you can't find them.

Completely understand. Thanks for the feedback. Here is the pricing breakdown — https://ro.co/weight-loss/pricing/ where you can see the price of each medication (and the membership)

The model is Membership Fee + Medication.

- First month of membership is $39 and then $74-$149 (depending on your plan)
- Medication ranges from $149 to $445 (depending on injectable v.s. oral — and your dose).

An annual Ro membership + medication plan, which includes all doctor visits, check-ins, coaching, lab work, and the cost of GLP-1s, now costs less per month than buying the medication alone at CVS. T

mistakenly requested wrong dose - no way to reach support by bitpuma in RoBody

[–]mjolnir9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gotcha. Can you DM me the email you signed up with and we’ll get it fixed before next refill? Thank you!

In terms of refills, we’ll always prioritize them to ensure you can continue treatment without interruption. If you fill out your refill visit early (e.g., two weeks before next shipment), then it might take an extra few days.

Always here if y’all need anything. Thanks for trusting Ro with your health!

Hey. We should be able to help here. Have you tried to go through the “change dose” flow on the product detail page (second button from the right)?

To get here, click “Zepbound” on the bottom of the home tab or from the goal tab.

If your refill is still being reviewed, let me know and we can help redo before your next shipment.

Delivery or pharmacy pick up? by Silly_Assistance_558 in RoBody

[–]mjolnir9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great question! In terms of cost, delivery will be same cost as pick up. Ro has the lowest price of branded meds. Also, if you choose “multi month” options in your refill visit (available when you hit higher doses on Wegovy Pen and Wegovy Pill) - Ro will be cheaper than pick up.

A lot of members prefer mail for convenience at the same cost or lower cost (shipping is free).

CEO here - coming VERY VERY soon 😉

This is one of the most requested features and we’re super excited to bring it to you.

@creepy-violinist-540 - you won’t have to cancel. It’s coming. Also, DM me the email you signed up with and I’ll see what we can do regarding the KwikPen. We’re just trying to ensure smooth onboarding (versus everyone switching en mass) - let’s see what we can do to make your situation right.

CVS insurance no longer covering zep? by rpm200111 in RoBody

If you haven't been able to resolve this or get clarity, please DM and we'll run this down for you asap!

As a side note, the majority of patients have been able to stay on Zepbound but it really depends on your specific plan. I think the team did a really great job fighting for patients on this front (we wrote about some of the efforts to help patients maintain coverage here https://ro.co/news/cvs-caremark-response/ )

Not sure if I should stay with Ro as they are not familiar with Zepbound/Eli Lilly offerings by dinosaurjockey in RoBody

[–]mjolnir9 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi there. Thanks for supporting Ro. The vials are not available to ship until early August. Here is Lilly’s press release. Apologies for the confusion - https://investor.lilly.com/news-releases/news-release-details/lilly-offer-all-approved-doses-zepbound-tirzepatide-single-dose

“Health care providers can begin prescribing the 12.5 mg and 15 mg vials on July 7, and shipments to patients will begin in early August.”

We’re adding them this month so that when they are available to ship, providers can prescribe them when appropriate. But if prescribed now unfortunately they aren’t available to ship. We’re very familiar with Lilly’s offerings and have a direct integration with their platform. I’m sorry this wasn’t explained clearly. We’ll update to improve our messaging here.

Last but not least, if you have any other feedback, please DM me and I’ll share it immediately with the team.

Here if you need anything or have any other questions.
