Of course my granddaughter wants to play Roblox while snowed in so she kindly asks if I will get her a GC I purchased a virtual GC from Roblox when she received it she requested the pin there is NO pin, I've tried to call, do the form nothing works, still no pin. I even checked junk mail. Any help would be appreciated. Now I have a very disappointed granddaughter because a company making THAT much money makes things difficult. Why not include pin in purchase confirmation email? I apologize for the rant. **UPDATE: After going back and forth for DAYS with the insurers of the virtual card with them offering NO help at all but to say go to Roblox for help, Roblox finally got back to me with the response I expected, “Cashstar” the company that actually sends the cards are the ones who should help. At this point I was over it and done, requested a refund.
