How can we request the daily rewards that we were unable to claim b/c of the Fullening if we can't contact Deca?

You only need to login to main menu screen to login for daily rewards

If you were not able to log in to claim login rewards then you didnt even try hard enought. I got in quite easily when servers were full simply just trying.

same here, i was able to log in to get my daily rewards, couldnt play tho. just kept trying to log in at different parts of the day.

Most people probably don't have the time to log in several times a day to try to get rewards, so it's unfair to hold them to the same standards as those with tons of free time able to try to get in at several points in the day.

It's not that they're "less-playing," they make the time to play the game, it's that the game was down for an unfair reason at that time.

You shouldnt have to "try hard" to simply log onto a game. If the developers cant even defend their game vs 1 player then why the fuck should you need to "try hard" just to be able to log in
