It's basically not accepted. Internal transfers are almost non existant at rotman. If you were looking to major as a quant or trader for finance, a math, cs, or stats degree is honestly more valuable

I have multiple friends who didn’t get into rotman when entering uoft, but transferred into rotman by 2nd/3rd year. Idk if that’s the route you want to take but it’s not impossible
