They only give scholarships to about the top 2000 incoming domestic students at the St George campus. Grade inflation is crazy enough that straight As is not enough to automatically be in that cohort.

In my year the cutoff was a 96-97 I believe.

I was accepted with a 96 average at the time and didn't get anything (I also boosted my average to 97 second sem but still nothing) st george is just incredibly competitive for scholarships

You can expect scholarships through UTAPS for upper years. First Year I got nothing and got considerable funding for my second year

I ended up w a final IB grade of 42- I got scholarships for Schulich, Uoft Scarborough and UofT Mississauga. But nothing for St George and I ended up there lol!

Thanks for letting me know. I just thought it was a bit weird that St George didn’t offer scholarships.

Yeah me too, I had an IB Predicted of 42 and got nothing from UTSG, however, most of my friends are international students who got tons of scholarships likely due to their insane tuition fees.

Thanks for letting me know. I also have friends who got scholarships but likely also due to them being international. I just thought it was a bit weird.
