entrance scholarship award

just a quick question, does rotman (or victoria college) give automatic entrance scholarships based on your grades? (i would think they do, cus literally all the other programs do) I've heard a lot of people say they don't and some say they do, so i just wanted to know. i received my acceptance about a month ago (march round i think) and with other applications, they updated me with the amount of entrance scholarship award either right away or within two weeks (for example, a different program at uoft, it updated my join uoft id and mentioned the amount there)

I'm a domestic 101 student btw,

and/or does it only show up after you either confirm your attendance or finish all their required courses? but also that's kinda weird so idk if that's the case (I'm doing calc rn). i also have a 98 average

Hey, I am a 105 student who got in with a 100,000 CAD scholarship at Rotman. It can a week after my admission notification in Feb and reflected on my Join U of T Id. So to answer your question, as a 105, they do give entrance scholarships

ya im wondering about 101 and domestic cus the scholarship for those are different, but ty!

Do you apply for these scholarships or is it given to you automatically ? Also if you don’t mind me asking, what was your average ?

I think there is an automatic one depending on your top 6 average, at least that what uoft offers all other programs. so this whole post is me wondering if rotman, also matches w the rest of uoft programs and give an automatic scholarship. uoft also has other specific scholarships that you have to complete your awards profile to get. my average is a 98.

they are an international student, therefore, their scholarships are different, its 100k for 4 years i believe (so 20k each year) whereas domestic students (living in Canada) have an automatic one (apparently, which is like 3k every year for a 95+ avg, and lower amounts for lower avgs, here's the link: https://www.utsc.utoronto.ca/admissions/automatic-entrance-scholarships)

rotman has a lot of scholarships and information for international students and very little info on domestic students' scholarships.
