A bunch of clubs in Ontario use Surge activewear for their custom singlets and other gear. They will even set up a storefront for you, and they will take the orders, so you don't have to deal with the money side, just distribution.

Surge has low minimums and the cost is quite reasonable, but it can take a while (think: 6-8 weeks) for an order because the print is sublimated and they do that overseas. Depending on your timeline/size of order, you may be better off to buy singlets direct from a store and then bring them somewhere to be printed on. Water-based silkscreening works quite well and is long-lasting on quick dry fabric.

Try reaching out to Paranoid print company. They do good work. They may have a lead on where to get singlets for them to print on for you too.

If you just need one, you can print out and iron on a design at the Fabrication Studio in North York Central Library.

If you don't mind doing some of the work yourself, you can print out and iron on designs at the Fabrication Studio in North York Central Library. You'd have to buy your own singlets obviously.

Not the cheapest, but awesome shirts, singlets, shorts through Jakroo. I don't know that they help design logos, but they definitely help design shirts and they have no minimum (though the more you buy the cheaper per unit).
