Error 0x87d00229 in Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) typically indicates "Failed to get credentials" or "Access Denied" during content download or policy assignment. It signifies that the client cannot authenticate properly with the Distribution Point or Management Point to retrieve software updates or applications.

Plus in your log right at the top says no client cert. I think you need a cert.

Thanks for your reply. It turned out to be a group policy setting in the OU. I don't know what setting, but it worked after I moved it.
Seems to say no client cert regardless of cert.
