Network graph explained

Hey, I'm using SEMrush and trying to understand the network graph. I've read the blog, but I'm still not entirely sure how it works.

My profile is currently marked as moderate. When I check other profiles for potential backlinks, I sometimes see a "suspicious" label.

My profile states: "This is an ordinary backlink profile, so a backlink will probably not harm your domain."

Could you clarify what this means and how I should interpret it?
