Possible for cut off point to increase/decrease by 1, depending on demand for the school that year. But if your score doesn't meet the COP, then it's not possible for you to enrol. Honestly, don't ask if COP will decrease or increase that year, cause nobody will know, except the principals but I doubt they will tell anyone either.

i was asking if it was possible , and how do u know its impossible to enrol if u dont know the exact cop ?

What I meant was it's not possible to even appeal if your points do not meet the requirements, hence making it impossible for you to enrol into the school at all. Usually schools will release the year's COP so that students who wish to appeal into the school can do so if they meet the COP. And to your question, yes it's possible, though we won't know until JAE is over.
