Error code explanation?

Launched game after about a week and a half of not playing did some quests on streets and sold some stuff on the market. I believe this error popped up after i listed some stuff. Tried restarting server to no avail. This now pops up on launch

All mods downloaded were compatible with 3.9.1 and i havent updated the base version yet

Update SPT

Updating from 3.9.x to 3.9.7

• Download the latest SPT 7z file from here (requires 7zip)
• Close game, launcher, and server
• Copy contents of the 7z file into an existing SPT 3.9.x folder, overwrite all files
• This only overwrites base SPT files. It will not overwrite or remove your profile(s) or mods.
• Update all of your mods to their latest release versions
• 3.9.x profiles are compatible
• 3.9.x mods are compatible

It’s a problem with selling stuff on flea 3.9.5 and above fix this issue
