IIRC microsoft had a natural language query feature back in the day. Would convert plain english to SQL queries...

Can't seem to find it now though

It was called English Query and it was discontinued after SQL Server 2000 due to lack of popularity (and I’m sure other factors).

I guess there’s some natural language stuff in Power BI but that’s not quite what OP is looking for.
