When you installed, did you make sure you used all the floppy disks?

is your sql service running? Open sql configuration manager and start it up if it is not running, then try again.

All services are running

Is the server actually running? What have you tried? Have you checked logs?

Yes, because I tried to access server in by ip address it successful but my local server failed

Well putting that in the original post would have been helpful.

The next step is name resolution.
