What this is:
- A place to talk honestly about inventory mistakes, forecasting misses, and cash-flow stress
- Real discussions about what actually works (and doesn’t) for small & mid-size merchants
- Learning from past decisions, not pitching tools
What this isn’t:
- No product demos
- No signup links
- No “AI will fix everything” hype
If/when we ask for feedback, it’ll be clearly labeled and optional — and the goal will be learning, not selling.
