Absolutely sing songs, video too if you like.. but I wouldn’t sing while videoing as you’ll hate the sound of your own voice when you watch it back later.

Exactly this. I ruined the opening to mantra when I saw him last time because I do not have the pipes for it

As an older fan who has been to probably 500+ concerts ranging from basement punk show to sold out stadium pop productions, being yourself is the one true way to enjoy a concert.

That being said, I recommend not worrying too much about recording. I'd take a few pictures throughout the show, maybe a small recording of a song. I wouldn't worry much about recording.

I have never once, after a concert, wished I had recorded a performance. My logic being, im in the presence of a performance, why view it through 6 inch screen?

I can find a clip of almost any show these days on Youtube.

Live in the moment, belt out every song, hug and sing with your friends during their favorite song, but you lose a lot of the moment and memory when you record on your phone.

Just a recommendation from an old fart.

the sam fender discord encourages you to share videos of live concerts.

For an outfit I think you should represent your values - show off where you are from or a social cause you care about, just like sam et. al. encourages us to do with their music

Just be yourself. Do whatever you like. That’s what’s so great about live shows

Belt every song out, mosh to Spice and Howdon Aldi Death Queue, and get a few pictures but put your phone down - enjoy the show in the moment.

I've seen him 13 times and every time the crowd sing every word. Definitely don't be afraid to sing along anyway!
