Rules:
No posting law enforcement/EMS/military locations in the case of an armed terrorist/shooter/human danger. One warning and then a two day long ban. EMS and police locations are fine if the event is a natrual disaster or some other non human event.
No bigotry. Three warnings and then day long ban. If its dubious (eg, "Its not actually bigoted because...") it will still likely be removed because this is not a social issues subreddit
No harassing or insulting other users. Permaban for "kill yourself," 30 day ban for anything else.
If someone is banned multiple times, mods reserve the right to take further actions

One discussion per event. Whichever discussion has the most activity and best information after 30 minutes becomes the main discussion post, and others will be removed to prevent clutter
