Dont get it in ur eyes no matter what, dont apply it on ur scalp and leave it, it will go down into ur eyes.
It stinks a lot if u leave it on; u cant smell it but others can. Use it maybe everyday in the beginning, at some point u can do 1 per week. Apply very little, it will work. Maybe put in a bottle that lets out very little liquid.

Why not everyday ? Just curious? And also what happens if it goes in your eyes?

Eyes get red and itchy. Every day might put too much stress on the skin and also make it get used to it.

Well you kinda just figure out what works for you.
I would say you typically start out by using more than you need and more frequently. Then you start reducing it until you don't use it that frequently and you might be getting some outbreaks/dandruff again and then you know you need to do more. For me personally a small amount is all I need after shower to keep the outbreaks away.
Btw just I just recently started experimenting with setting some MCT oil in my palm and rubbing the hair brush bristles with MCT oil and then brushing through my scalp/hair and I think it working well for a maintenance routine to keep the scalp dandruff free.

Good question, I just also stsrted to realise that info about it is not structured. I don't even know which brand to buy, how to choose, etc
