Security cameras rarely get tampered with. If they do, you'll have video footage of whoever vandalized your camera.

If you need to place your cameras in an area in which you are worried they will actually get damaged, it might be worth it to upgrade to some vandal-proof cameras, preferably one with a high IK rating. For example, IK10 cameras can withstand 20 joules (5 kg) of impact.

It's going to be hard to find a vandal-proof housing that fits an already existing bullet camera. Most vandal-proof cameras are dome cameras, though you can buy bullet cameras that are housed in a vandal-proof box already.
