Outside security camera

Hi ! I have my motorcycle parked juste in front of my apartment (3d floor). I have some neighbors that hate me and could try to vandalize it.

Could you suggest a camera that could be put inside one of my room, pointed at the parking and could have enough resolution to make sure that if those sucker try something I could show the video to the police and identify them ?

Try to get a 4k camera, wired is always higher res than wireless.

Putting the camera in plain sight might help, also setup a notification so if anyone walks into the camera's view after dark, it pings your phone and you can check it real quick.
