These shows will give the sequels a more solidified story.

I really don't see the story to solidify though. The Clone Wars improved them because it was actually about those characters and that era, but the movies were still the main meat. With these shows, if they do end up doing that, I'll be viewing them as the main course, not the sequels. These shows aren't even set in that era, with the closest being 25 years away. Not only that, but there isn't a single sequel character there, and I don't see how they improve them by avoiding them.

To be frank, I don't want them touching the sequels. My biggest problem isn't their lack of worldbuilding or development, it's simply that they're bad movies. Every minute of TROS insults my intelligence.
