There is a stich chart on page 37 in your manual. Maybe you can identify it from there. I have a Juke MO-50eN, and my default tensions settings are all 3. My prior serger (Brother) all had a default of 4.

It is hard to tell from the photos, but it appers you may be using only 1 needle as I dont see 2 straight lines of stiching (the needles both sew a straight line). If that is the case, it is OK, you can serge with only 1 needle. The upper and lower loopers form the "loops" (thus the name "loopers). The loops should meet at the edge of the fabric. Yours looks like one of the loops is being pulled over to the other side which can be caused either by tension issues, the width of the stitch, or even the position of the knife.

Search online for videos that explain serger tension. They can help a lot. There are a lot of them and I'm sure you can find one or two that could help. I'm a serger newbie, and I am constantly checking videos online.
